New Features
Custom Fields
Custom fields allow administrators to define new fields to store information of users. Fields has a user friendly description, specified type for values(string, integer or floating point number) and allowable values can be restricted. Furthermore a parameter defines how field should be edit that can be either of text_field, radio button, check box and single select field
Routing Log
Routing log emulates dialing a number in routing profile and shows how number will be routed via an specific routing profile. The log shows how routes and providers would re-act to specified destination.
Destination Blacklist
Destination blacklist, forbids all users from calling specified destinations. Destination will be defined in regular expression format, to maximize the flexibility.
LDAP Group Mapping
IBSng now supports to establish a mapping from LDAP/Active Directory groups to IBSng groups. With this new feature, administrators can specify which groups should be imported and which group has priority. A default group can be defined for all unmatched users. An empty default group would prevent non-matching users from importing. Also there were many enhancements on user interface as well.
ISP Page Style And Logo Customization
Service Providers and Organizations prefer to have their own logo on top and bottom of IBSng page, specially for the user portal. With this feature, each ISP can have it's own header and footer logo and colors. Multiple logo/styles are allowed for different ISPs, and viewers will be recognized either by their credentials or the web domain they have used to visit the web page.
Enhancements
Billed Duration
Billed duration is different from actual duration of call in rounding rules that has been applied to it. For example if user is talked for 40 seconds, and round to is set to 60 seconds, user actual duration is 40 while billed duration will be 60. Having billed duration is useful for revenue calculations. IBSng now captures and report billed duration in connection log and management summary.
ACD/ASR
IBSng now shows ASR(Average Success Rate) and ACD(Average Call Duration) in most connection related reports such as connection log, management summary , connection a-to-z usage.
A-to-Z usage report enhancements
A-To-Z usage report has been enhanced to support dynamic group by of "Prefix code", "Prefix name", "CPM", "VoIP Provider" to enhance the flexibility of report. In addition to this, ASR and ACD will be shown for each row (normall prefixes)
Telephony Support Hour/MB Announcement
Telephony support subsystem now supports announcing user balance in Time or Traffic.
